Henrik Williams’ lecture in Seattle drew a huge crowd.

Uppsala University Professor Henrik Williams’ opened his Runic Tour 2016 with a lecture on how women are portrayed in Runic inscriptions. The lecture, held in cooperation with the Nordic Heritage Museum in Seattle on October 25, drew over 180 people! Students from the University of Washington mingled with academics, and many others with Nordic ancestry and interests.

Professor Williams now continues to San Francisco where the Uppsala University Alumni Chapter will host the next lecture together with the Consulate General of Sweden, SWEA and the Silicon Vikings, courtesy of K&L Gates.
